Recent additions to the therapies on offer include:

NEW
 Karen De Jager has recently joined the centre team and offers a wide range of therapies including Karuna Reiki and Hypnotherapy.

Martin Julich Chinese Patent Herbs.

Colin Carson offers Person Centred Counselling.

June Youngson offers the Bowen Technique and Hypnotherapy.

Sally Edwards, Herbalist, is available on an occasional basis.

Elizabeth Harley now also offers sessions in Thought Field Therapy (TFT) and Angel Healing.

Geoff Pritchatt will be visiting the centre during 2007 to provide Thai Massage. The session length is 90 minutes-£45 and 2 Hours-£60.

Kara Niles is now offering the Grindberg Method each Monday. Ask reception for more information!

The Aberdeen College of Shiatsu will be running various workshops and classes next year. From the one day “Introduction to Shiatsu” workshops available from January, to the 1^st year diploma course which commences in February.

During 2008 Elizabeth Harley will be using the centre as a venue for the Reiki Mastership Programme and also for her Reiki Support Group . 
Elizabeth is a founding company director of the centre and is principal of the Reiki Training Centre. She is a Usui/Tibetan and Karuna Master and Grand Master. (India) teaches Reiki worldwide, including India, Indonesia, Europe and America.

Courses include Reiki I (First Stage), Reiki II (For Professional Practice,) Advanced Reiki Training and Karuna Reiki Masters.

Following the success of her workshops earlier this year,  Wendy Haddock will be returning to the centre to run further sessions in Buteyko for Asthma.  
The Buteyko Institute Method is a safe and natural solution for controlling the symptoms of asthma and other breathing related disorders including chronic cough,  emphysema,  rhinitis,  sinusitis,  hayfever and snoring.  This amazing technique has allowed many thousands of asthmatics, and those with other breathing difficulties, to reduce or eliminate their dependency on medication and enjoy a quality of life they previously thought impossible.
