 June McGuire MA I began life questioning everything and this developed into a passion for philosophy, psychology and spirituality. I love being around people, understanding how they tick and what their challenges are . . . A languages graduate (French,
Spanish) and 20 years in the Oil and Railway industries, primarily in training
and consultancy, a practitioner in complimentary therapies is quite a shift in
lifestyle, and yet, it feels completely natural – doing what I have always
loved. A registered Member of the Healing Forum and the British Complimentary Medical Association, I am a Master Healer and Teacher in Usui Reiki, Angelic Reiki, Shamballa multi-dimensional healing, an AAMET registered EFT practitioner, and a registered practitioner with the Metamorphic Organisation. Most recently certified through the Diana Cooper School as an Angel Teacher and Healer. I also have a COSCA Counselling Skills Certificate Levels 1-4 gained from Aberdeen University Lifelong Learning Centre. All of the healing systems I work with are powerful tools for emotional release with a resultant impact on overall physical and general wellbeing. In any session, I will always work within the client’s comfort zone and with the objective of ensuring that any distress, in connecting with emotional experiences, is kept to a minimum. The only tears shed should be ones of relief! In particular, when working with EFT, there are techniques that can be used to avoid the need for disclosure of detail. I especially love working with children (including volunteer work with Childline). I have found that EFT lends itself well to working with children and there are some wonderful techniques to support this process, using teddy bears and tapping toys. Additional to individual sessions I run workshops in EFT (including a monthly EFT share session at the Rosemount Clinic), Reiki Systems and Working with Angels.
