What is Colonic Hydrotherapy ?

What is involved in a treatment ?
Colonic Hydrotherapy is a safe, gentle treatment. On your first visit a brief medical and dietary history is taken. There is no
requirement to fast nor take any laxative prior to treatment.
The technique uses low pressure warm water to irrigate the colon (Bowel) in
order to help cleanse it of poisons, gas, accumulated faecal matter and mucus deposits.
The treatment typically lasts for 40 minutes and the procedure involves a closed
system thus preventing any odour or other situations causing the client embarrassment.
During treatment any changes to diet or supplements may be discussed.
Colonic Hydrotherapy does not interfere with the bowels natural functioning.
