Psychotherapy is a reflective and collaborative process which includes an in depth exploration of your current and past life experiences, in order to get to know yourself better and find new options in your life now.

Psychotherapy for adults:

An initial meeting lasts 50 minutes and helps you decide whether psychotherapy would be helpful.
